Trizma was founded in Belgrade in 2002 as the first independent Contact Center Outsourcer in Serbia. In 2011 Trizma transformed into a full Business Process Outsourcing and Technology Outsourcing (BPTO) provider and to a Business Process Service provider (BPS) in 2016.


Trizma was founded in 2002 and is suited in Belgrade, Serbia. As a result of commitment to development, continuous growth of human capital and business processes improvement, Trizma has become the first Serbian independent Business Process Outsourcing company (BPO). Eldar Banjica


Eldar Banjica is a CEO and Founder of Trizma, the largest BPO Company in Serbia, a Board Member of NF Innova, a company that creates market-leading Digital Banking products and a Board Member of Geomant, a regional System Integrator. He has more than 20 years of experience in leading teams and companies of various sizes. Prior to his engagement with Trizma, Eldar held executive positions at NF Innova, Saga, Geomant and Avaya / Lucent Technologies. He lives in Belgrade, is an avid reader, loves all sports and is passionate about motorcycles.


Marija Radovanovic


Marija had been working as Manager in charge for audits and reviews of financial statements, Sustainability reporting audits and consulting services.
She joined Trizma team in 2018. She has more than seven years of experience as external auditor and consultant working for two of the Big Four Companies.

After finishing Accounting, Audit and Financial Management at the Belgrade University, Marija started her Master studies.

Her focus is on gaining global professional recognition, currently being involved into studies with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Also, she is a certified IFRS trainer.


Matteo Ferrari


Matteo graduated from the University of Milan, with a degree in Political Science. He stands out as a CCO, having over 25 years of professional experience in senior positions in business development and general management, all within the BPO and ICT market. Before joining Trizma, he was the Regional Sales Director for Central and South Europe, and the Country Manager for Serbia in one of the world's largest multinational outsourcing companies.


Marko Martinovic


Marko is a proven expert in IT industry having more then 14 years of experience on executive management positions. For 12 years he was involved in development of banking sector in Southeast Europe managing successfully over 100 projects. He joined Trizma in 2016. as Chief Operation Officer.


Dragica Bojanic


Dragica has more than twenty years of experience in service industries, area of finance and people management. She joined the Trizma team in 2010. as CFO, responsible for Finance and HR department. From 2016. Dragica is responsible for human resources in Trizma, as Chief People Officer.
She had been working in telecommunication in domestic and international companies as Revenue Assurance Manager, Controlling Manager and Plan, Analysis & Budgeting Department. She gained her first contact center business experience in late 1990’s as student in the enthusiastic service-oriented paging system.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade with a BA in Economics, Certificated Accountant with the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Serbia, still passionate about learning & development.


Milos Miljkovic


The professional with over 15 years of work experience in procurement, sales, negotiation and retail development.
Before becoming a member of Trizma team, he worked in Metro AG, Metro Cash & Carry Serbia.
As a part of Trizma Project Integration Expert team, he is responsible for clients' full experience and responsible for strategic partnerships supporting BOT model.
At Trizma he holds a position of Trizma GS Director, Trizma subsidiary in Bosnia & Hercegovina.


Boris Vujicic

| Chairman of the Board

Boris is co-founder of Trizma. He has 20 years of experience in banking and payments in international markets.
After studying Computer Science at the Belgrade University, Boris graduated from the Malta Institute of Accountants and did an MBA at the Edinburg Business School at the Heriot Watt University.
He holds a certificate in Bank Card Management from the Chartered Institute of Accountants/VISA and is a Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
Prior to becoming CEO of Trizma in 2010 and Chairman in 2012(which he co-founded in 2002), he worked as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board Member of Home Credit and Finance Bank, Regional Head Business Development and Operations CEE in First Data International and Regional Director for CEE in RS/2 International.
Boris is passionate about the evolution of payments, customer relationship management and business process optimization.
