And when it comes to the working environment, there is a lot of things that make your day. Teamwork is a collaboration with others most of the day. Intensive communication with different people. Teamwork, team spirit, great colleagues, friendship are just some of the ways people describe the way how interpersonal relations work with us.
A balance between personal energy & work
Our working environment is very dynamic. But there is always a focus to sustain a balance between own strength and interests and working assignments and performance. To put it like this – work-life balance. What we deliver is continuous communication since customer care is our core. So, we keep communication between us fresh and open, regardless of the department, business function, and job position. The way we communicate is essential to us. It keeps the day energized and sober.
Self-improvement through learning & development
We like to shake things up regularly. Discussion on job performance and personal growth is something we do daily one-on-one. To provide our clients and their customers with sincere support, we, first of all, provide support for one another. Through daily work, our colleagues from Employee Development are helping others to be more efficient in “action” and ready for further development and learning.
Where we work & atmosphere we make
There are desks and chairs, air-conditions and doors, and some phones. Just ordinary. But our most significant “equipment” is Teamwork. Working together on projects improves cooperation and brings different perspectives. That is how we solve all the problems. It is OK to ask for help if you can not complete a task alone. Just ask, and you will find a lot of advice.
Benefit program & employee experience activities
Every month at the office, we participate in some important topic. Since we are a multilingual environment, there were stories about different languages and cultures. So then we all enjoyed macaroons, baklava, etc. We participated in the Virgin Pulse Global Challenge, and we’ve been very active. As at the city marathon. Life balance is essential, and there was a Detox Day, so we enjoyed gingerbread. Our colleagues from Employee Experience shared during the Green day. And there are more activities to come.
And we are great party mates. Every Trizma New Year party is fueled with good music and with excellent mood. And there are New Year presents both for children and us.
And after all this has been said, why do our colleagues leave?
People do leave the Trizma team. It is because of additional education and further business development in some other business environments. Or because of work and life opportunities abroad. Or they want to grab a chance to use language and other acquired skills in foreign companies. Our Team is changing from time to time. And that is Ok. What we practice in business, is that – change happens and It is always great to look forward and to seek new opportunities.
